Accounts & Invitations
Manage login methods, accept team invitations, create companies, and switch between connected workspaces.
Signing in
Manage how you sign in to Vadio, accept invitations to join teams, and switch between multiple company workspaces.
Enter your email address and password on the login screen. Use the show and hide control to check your password before submitting the form.
The login screen also includes Forgot password for resetting your password and Create account for registering a new Vadio account.
Sign in with Google, Apple, or Microsoft.
Social login can fail due to provider policies, unverified emails, or popup blockers. Email and password always works as a fallback.
Password reset
Reset your password with a one-time code sent to your account email.
Select Forgot password
Select Forgot password on the login screen.
Enter your account email
Enter the email address associated with your Vadio account.
Check your inbox
Check your inbox for a one-time reset code.
Set a new password
Enter the code, then choose and confirm a new password.
Sign in again
Return to the login screen and sign in with your new password.
Reset codes expire after three minutes. Requesting a new code invalidates the previous one. Resetting your password signs out other active sessions on your account.
If you signed up with a social provider and never set a password, password reset lets you create one, giving you a backup login method.
Connected accounts
The profile settings page shows your connected accounts, including your account email, whether a password is set, and connected Google, Apple, and Microsoft identities. Connect, reconnect, or disconnect social identities from this page.
You must always retain at least one way to sign in. Vadio prevents you from disconnecting your last remaining login method. Adding a password revokes other active sessions and triggers a confirmation email.
Accepting invitations
Accept an invitation to join a company from the link in your invitation email.
Open the invitation link
Open the invitation link from your email.
Review the invitation
Review the company name and inviter information shown in the invitation preview.
Accept the invitation
Accept the invitation to join the company.
Enter the company dashboard
Vadio logs you in and redirects you to the company dashboard.
New users
If the invitation includes an email and company ID for someone who does not have a Vadio account, Vadio redirects that person to signup with the invited email pre-filled. Complete signup to create the account and join the company.
Existing users
If you already have a Vadio account, review the company and inviter in the invitation preview, then accept the invitation to join the company.
If the invitation is for a different email address than the one you are currently signed in with, Vadio does not silently switch accounts. Sign out first, then open the invitation link again.
Invalid or missing invitations, expired invitations, unavailable companies, and already-accepted invitations each show a specific error message.
Creating additional companies
Create another company from the connected-companies page, the company switcher, or the create-company route.
Provide the company name, use the registry lookup when available, review the suggested subdomain, and add industry information. The company becomes available in your connected companies after creation.
Connected companies and switching
After login, Vadio loads all companies connected to your account.
- No connected companies: Vadio redirects you to company creation.
- One connected company: Vadio enters that company automatically.
- Multiple connected companies: Vadio shows a company picker so you can choose where to work.
Inside the application, use the company switcher in the top bar to move between companies. The switcher supports search when you belong to multiple companies and includes an option to create another company.
When a company has an active custom domain, switching may navigate to that domain. You remain signed in to the same Vadio account, but the workspace host and company context change.
Connected companies are workspaces you belong to. CRM companies are customer records inside a workspace. The company switcher moves between workspaces, while CRM companies are managed within the CRM module.
