Company Settings
Configure organization-level settings including billing details, order preferences, industry presets, and company deletion.
Manage company settings
Manage core organization settings, billing details, order configuration, and industry presets from Company Settings. The page behaves differently for standard companies and chain organizations.
Standard Company
For a standard, non-chain company, Company Settings displays separate cards for each organization-level configuration area.
Company Settings Card
Update general company information from the Company Settings card.
Billing Details Card
Edit your company's billing details directly on this card: organization number, address, city, and postal code. Select Save to store the changes. The card does not link to another page. Plans, add-ons, payment method, and invoice history are managed in Billing & Subscriptions.
Order Settings Card
The Order Settings card is on its own Order Settings page, not on the Company Settings page. Use it to configure preferences that control how your company handles orders.
| Setting | What it controls |

| Service Address | The address used for your company's service location. Supports address suggestions or manual entry, and is geocoded when saved. |
| Order Number Prefix | A text prefix applied to generated order numbers. Maximum 10 characters, letters and numbers only. Default is ORD. |
| Service Radius (km) | Chain only. Controls how far from the service address the chain routes leads to your company. Range 1 to 500 km, default 48 km. |
| Unlimited capacity | Chain only. When checked, removes the order capacity limit. |
| Max Active Orders | Chain only, visible when unlimited capacity is unchecked. Sets the maximum number of active orders. Range 1 to 9999. Shown to the chain as your company's capacity utilization. |
Service Radius and capacity settings are only available to chain member or chain parent organizations.
Industry Preset Card
The Industry Preset card is shown in AI settings, not on the Company Settings page. Industry presets customize AI behavior for your company. Each preset provides industry-specific instructions for meeting summaries and a specialized vocabulary list that improves speech-to-text accuracy.
The preset is applied immediately when you select it. No separate save step is needed.

| Fire Safety / Inspection | Fire-safety inspections, fire alarms, sprinklers, emergency exits, and compliance documentation. |
| SaaS / Software / IT | Software demos, onboarding, technical support, sprint planning, and incident reviews. |
| General / Default | A broad fallback that adapts AI behavior to the conversation context. |
Danger Zone
Company deletion is available in the Danger Zone.
Company deletion is available only to owners and super-admins. Deletion is irreversible.
Chain Member Company
Chain member companies can edit their own company profile, including the logo and banner, and delete their company.
