Display name
Set the business name displayed throughout the platform. Use the name your customers and team members should see in branded experiences.
Theme color
Choose a preset color or define a custom color with the color picker and hex input. Hex values must contain six digits.
Open the custom color picker
Select the custom color option to open the color picker.
Choose or enter a color
Choose a color from the picker or enter a six-digit hex code.
Confirm the color
Confirm the selection and check the preview to verify that the theme color was applied.
Custom domain
Enter the domain you want to use for your branded experience, then verify ownership by adding the required CNAME record to your DNS configuration. The domain state badge shows the current verification status.
Enter your domain
Enter the custom domain in the domain field.
Add the CNAME record
Open the DNS instructions and add the displayed CNAME record to your domain's DNS configuration.
Verify the domain
Start domain verification after the CNAME record has been added.
Review failed verification
If verification fails, review the displayed failure reason, update your DNS configuration if needed, and select Verify domain again.
Expandable DNS instructions show the CNAME record details you need to add to your DNS configuration.
SMS Templates
Create SMS message templates in the English and Norwegian tabs. Each template uses variable chips to insert dynamic content such as meeting links and names.
Include every required variable before saving a template. The editor validates required variables and identifies missing values.
Saving and resetting
Select Save brand to persist all brand changes as a single operation. Select Clear to restore the platform defaults.
Chain organizations
Chain members can edit their own logo, favicon, business name, domain, and SMS templates. The theme color is inherited from the chain parent and cannot be edited by members. The app's internal name remains the chain's name.
Plan gating
Without a whitelabel plan and saved branding, the page shows a locked panel. If you saved branding and your plan was later downgraded, the saved brand remains visible but read-only and is marked Saved, not rendering.
White-labeling is available on the Premium plan, monthly or yearly, and during a trial. Chain head offices have it on any plan.
