Vadio brings inspections, meetings, bookings, CRM, courses, and chain management into one multi-tenant video collaboration platform. Your Vadio user account is separate from your company membership, so one account can belong to multiple companies or workspaces.
Key Concepts
User accounts vs companies and workspaces: Your Vadio account, including your email, password, and social login, represents your personal identity. A company or workspace represents your organization's tenant. You can belong to multiple companies and switch between them from the top bar.
Memberships and permissions: Your role within each company determines which modules you can access. Available features also depend on your permissions and subscription level, so not every user sees every module.
Company profile vs company settings: The company profile in Settings → Company Profile controls presentation details such as the name, logo, banner, website, and about text. Company settings control operational details such as the domain, contact information, organization number, billing, and company deletion.

Company Switcher & Navigation
