Chain Overview
Manage member companies in your chain, control modules and configuration inheritance, and oversee member activity from the chain headquarters.
Member companies
From the chain headquarters, add and manage member companies, configure chain-wide settings, deactivate members, and oversee member activity across the organization.
Search the member list by company name, filter by All, Active, or Inactive, and use pagination to move through the results.

Add member
Add a member by providing the company details and membership metadata.
Enter the company details
Enter the Company name, Admin email, and Subdomain.
The email address must use a valid email format. The subdomain can contain only lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens.
Add optional information
Add the company's phone number, region, tier, and agreement type when those details apply.
Create the member
Review the information and confirm the addition. Vadio creates the member company and starts the owner invitation process.
Adding a member creates the member company, a billing entity, a pending owner invitation, and the active membership. Vadio also applies inherited disabled modules, default roles, and applicable chain configuration.
Vadio refuses to add a company as a member when it already has an active membership in a chain. A head office cannot be added as a member of another chain, and a company that is already a member cannot add members of its own.
Edit member
Edit a member's Region, Tier, and Agreement type from the member list. These fields update the membership metadata without changing the member company's core details.
Deactivate and reactivate
Deactivating a member removes its access, excludes it from automatic assignment, and returns its assigned leads to the parent pool. Reactivating the member restores access and active membership eligibility. Both actions require confirmation.
Select Deactivate for an active member or Reactivate for an inactive member, then confirm the action.
Chain configuration
Manage chain-wide operational resources from the chain configuration area:
- Quick links: Maintain links that help member companies reach shared resources.
- Announcements: Publish information for members across the chain.
- Resource library: Organize shared resources for member companies.
- Configuration push history: Review configuration changes distributed to members.
Chain membership can affect the modules available to a member company, its roles, and its configuration through inherited settings.
Permissions
Chain features are permission-gated. The member list and coverage require chain read access. Analytics require chain analytics access. Endorsement controls require branding management access.
When a parent user observes a member company, Vadio narrows access to chain governance permissions. The parent user does not inherit the member company's full permission set.
