Company Profile
Configure your organization's public-facing profile, including logo, banner, and contact details visible to customers and partners.

Preview Mode
The page opens in preview mode and shows how your company profile appears publicly. The preview includes the banner image, company logo or initials fallback, company name, verification badge, and an Edit button. Switch to edit mode to update the profile information and images.
When the corresponding value is set, the preview also shows clickable contact pills:

If About text exists, the preview displays it as read-only rich text. The profile can appear empty when no About text, banner, website URL, or location address is set. In that state, the preview prompts you to select Edit to add content.
Logo
Upload a company logo to represent your organization on its public profile.

Use a clear, high-resolution logo that remains recognizable at the size shown in the profile.
Banner
Add a wide banner image to the top of your public company profile.

| Crop dialog | Drag and zoom the image to frame the section you want to display. Use the zoom slider from 1x to 3x, select the reset framing button to restore the original framing, and save the image cropped to a 3:1 aspect ratio. |
The crop dialog lets you adjust the visible area before saving the banner. Use an image that is at least 1650 × 550 px to maintain the recommended 3:1 framing.
Company Details
Enter the information customers and partners use to identify and contact your organization.

If the chosen subdomain is already taken, Vadio prompts you to choose another.
Address and service area
The preview displays the company's location address and a service-area map in read-only mode. These fields are not editable on the company profile page itself.
Saving Changes
Logo and banner uploads are saved separately from the company details form. Select Save changes to persist your form updates, or select Cancel to discard unsaved changes.
Chain Organizations
Chain parent organizations see the same preview and edit structure as regular companies. Chain members have the same editing capabilities as standalone companies.
In preview mode, chain members also see an approval badge with the text Approved [parent company name] company.
