Quick Start
Set up your Vadio workspace in six steps, from account creation to your first meeting, team invites, and company branding.
Set up your Vadio workspace
Get your Vadio workspace running in six steps, from creating an account to configuring your company profile.
Before starting, you need a modern web browser, a stable internet connection, and access to a microphone and camera. No app download is required.
Create your account or accept an invitation
Choose the signup method that matches your situation.
Enter your work email on the signup page. Vadio sends a 6-digit verification code to your inbox. Enter the code, then provide your name and password. Passwords can contain up to 72 characters.
Sign up with Google, Apple, or Microsoft. Social signup may create an incomplete account. If profile details are missing, Vadio asks you to enter them before you continue.
If the email address already has an account, Vadio shows Login and Reset password options instead of creating a duplicate. You can continue without starting over.
Create or select your company
After account creation, Vadio loads the companies connected to your account.
- No companies: Vadio redirects you to company creation.
- One company: Vadio opens that company automatically.
- Multiple companies: Vadio shows a company picker.
When you create a company, provide the company name, complete the registry lookup, review the suggested subdomain, and add industry information.
Complete the Getting Started checklist
The dashboard shows a Getting Started checklist when Vadio detects a new user. The checklist contains these groups:
- Start using Vadio: Start a video call and schedule a video call.
- Set up your workspace: Invite team members, set up online booking, and create or review a video call checklist.
- Your settings: Configure meeting settings, connect your calendar, and configure recording preferences.
The checklist is personalized. The available steps depend on your permissions and enabled modules, so some steps may not appear for every user.
Checklist steps complete automatically when Vadio detects the corresponding action. For example, connecting a calendar completes the calendar step, and starting a meeting completes the first video call step. You do not need to check boxes manually.
Start or schedule your first meeting
Start an instant meeting from the dashboard, or schedule a meeting for a future date and time. Scheduled meetings appear in Upcoming meetings and on the calendar.
Invite team members
Invite colleagues by email. New users receive guidance through signup. Existing Vadio users receive an invitation they can accept directly.
Configure your company profile
Open Settings, then select Company Profile. Set your company name, upload a logo and banner, and add your website and about text.
If you change the subdomain, Vadio may reload the workspace at its new address.
After you complete your first action, the dashboard switches from the Getting Started checklist to the active dashboard. The active dashboard shows meeting history, upcoming calls, and action items.
