Discover and configure the integrations available for your organization across booking analytics, accounting, API access, and calendar sync.

Vadio does not currently have a single dedicated integrations page. Integration configuration is managed within each relevant module. This page serves as an overview of where to find each integration.

Available Integrations

Integrations are managed in their respective modules. Use the overview below to find the settings for each integration.

IntegrationWhere to ConfigureWhat it does
AccountingSettings > AccountingConnects to accounting providers such as Tripletex for invoice sync and VAT mapping.
Booking AnalyticsBookings > Booking settingsAdds Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and custom tracking scripts to the public booking page.
API AccessSettings > API KeysCreates API keys for programmatic access to organization data.
CalendarBookings > CalendarManages calendar integration and booking synchronization.

Accounting

Accounting settings connect Vadio to an external accounting provider. Tripletex connects using an employee token, then Vadio validates the required permissions and retrieves available VAT types.

When no accounting provider is connected, Vadio uses a fallback invoice flow. Accounting settings also include connection status and health checks, invoice PDF settings for the bank account and default payment due date, and VAT mapping between Vadio VAT rates and the accounting provider's VAT types.

See Invoicing for the accounting provider connection and invoicing settings.

Booking Analytics

Booking integrations add analytics and tracking to your public booking page. Configure Google Tag Manager with a container ID, Google Analytics 4 with a measurement ID, Meta or Facebook Pixel with a pixel ID, or custom tracking scripts using restricted HTTPS scripts.

Supported booking events include booking page views, time selections, form submissions, booking creation, and rescheduling. Google Tag Manager events include booking details such as the booking ID, service name or ID, and date.

See Booking Management for the tracking setup on your booking page.

API Access

API keys provide programmatic access to organization data for custom integrations and automation. See API Keys for details on creating and managing keys.

Calendar

Calendar integration manages booking synchronization with external calendars. See Calendar for configuration details.
