White-Labeling
Configure white-label branding for your platform, including logos, colors, domains, and SMS templates.
White-label your platform
Fully white-label the platform with your own brand identity by replacing the default branding with custom logos, colors, domains, and SMS templates. The brand workbench provides the central place for all white-label configuration.
Brand Workbench
White-labeling uses the brand workbench for all branding configuration. See Brand Settings for the complete list of configurable fields and step-by-step instructions.
States and access
The white-labeling page can appear in different states depending on your plan and whether you have saved branding.
Locked state
If your account does not have a white-label plan and no branding has been saved, the page shows a locked panel. You cannot configure or publish brand settings from this state.
White-labeling is available on the Premium plan, monthly or yearly, and during a trial. Chain head offices have it on any plan.
Downgraded read-only state
If you saved branding and later downgraded your plan, the saved brand remains visible but cannot be edited. The page marks the configuration as Saved, not rendering.
You cannot edit branding changes in this state, but the saved configuration remains preserved.
Chain-member branding
Chain members can configure their own branding independently, including their logo, favicon, business name, domain, and SMS templates. The theme color comes from the chain parent and cannot be changed by the chain member.
Chain-member branding inherits the theme color configured by the chain parent.
Chain-parent branding
Chain parents configure branding that can reach across the chain. The branding view includes a live preview and chain context panels so you can review how branding applies across related companies.
Live brand preview
Changes appear in a live preview before you save them. Review the branded experience in the preview to confirm that your logos, colors, and other visual settings look correct before publishing.
Platform default reset
Reset all branding to the platform defaults at any time. Use the reset action when you want to remove your custom logos, colors, domains, and communication templates.
