Monitor AI token consumption
Monitor how your organization consumes AI tokens across features, users, and usage cycles. Review quota status, compare feature-level consumption, and identify when your allowance resets.
AI Quota Block
The AI quota block summarizes your organization’s overall token usage and quota status. Use it to see how much of the allowance your organization has consumed and whether usage is approaching exhaustion.
The monthly AI summary token allowance depends on your plan. Yearly plans get the same monthly amount as the matching monthly plan.

Inspection AI uses a separate token pool that comes with the Inspection add-on, on any plan: 1,250,000 tokens per month, or 250,000 during a trial. Offer proposal drafts also spend Inspection tokens. The Sales & CRM add-on adds no tokens.
Chain members draw AI summary tokens from the chain's shared pool instead of their own plan allowance.
Stat Strip
The stat strip provides a summary of personal and organization-wide usage for the current cycle.

Usage Panels
Usage is organized into panels by token pool. Each panel shows where tokens are being spent so you can compare consumption across different areas of the product.
Feature-Level Usage
Each feature tracks its own token consumption. Review the action count and token total for each feature to understand which workflows contribute most to your organization’s usage.

Per-feature details include the number of AI actions performed and the total tokens consumed by those actions.
Share-of-pool bars
Share-of-pool bars show how much of the available token pool each feature or user consumes. Use these bars to compare relative usage and spot the largest contributors at a glance.
Chain parent redirect
Chain parents with the chain oversight analytics permission are redirected to the chain oversight page instead of seeing the regular member usage view.
When a chain parent opens Usage, the page may redirect to chain oversight depending on their permissions.
