Upcoming Meetings
See what meetings are coming up, join with one click, and manage participants, checklists, and scheduling before the call.
Upcoming meetings
View upcoming meetings, join directly, copy meeting links, edit details, manage invitees, attach checklists, and reschedule calls before they begin.
Vadio has no separate Upcoming Meetings page. Upcoming meetings are part of the Meetings page, where you show them with the Upcoming status filter in the list view or find them in the calendar view. The dashboard also shows your upcoming video calls.
Upcoming meetings in the Meetings list
The Meetings page list gives you the information and controls you need to prepare for each scheduled meeting.

Upcoming meetings use badges to show how close they are:

- Meeting in N days: The meeting starts in the displayed number of days.

Dashboard widgets
The dashboard shows your upcoming video calls and provides a quick view of upcoming meetings. Use these widgets to open a meeting, join a call, or view meeting details without first opening the Meetings page.
Meetings page filter
Open the Meetings page and set the Status filter to Upcoming in the list view to see scheduled meetings that have not started. Search by meeting title, sort results by title or date, and narrow the list by ownership scope.
Available ownership scopes include:
- My meetings: Meetings you own.
- Other meetings: Meetings owned by other accessible users.
- All accessible meetings: Meetings you are allowed to view across the company.
Use the title search together with an ownership scope when you need to find a specific meeting in a large list.
Meetings page calendar view
The Meetings page also offers a calendar view with month, week, and day views. Click a meeting event to open its details, then use the available controls to review or manage the meeting.
Use the Show cancelled toggle to reveal or hide cancelled meetings. Cancelled meetings are hidden by default and use muted styling when displayed.
Use the calendar view when you need to compare meeting times across a date range or identify an open time before rescheduling.
