Pagination

The log uses pagination with Previous and Next controls. Each page contains up to 25 events by default.

Data retention

A retention indicator and related help are available on the Audit Log page.

Audit log entries are kept for 90 days by default. Older entries are removed automatically once a day. A Vadio administrator can extend the retention period for your company up to 3,650 days, about 10 years. The period can only be increased, never shortened.

When older entries are removed, the log adds a summary entry of the cleanup. Changes to the retention period are also recorded in the log. Cleanup summaries and retention changes are never removed.

Access control

The Audit Log is available only to authorized workspace administrators. Users without audit access see an explicit unauthorized state.

Empty and error states

When your organization has no recorded events, the page shows an empty state. When no events match the selected filters, it shows a no-matching-results state. If the log fails to load, select the retry option to try again.
