Compare plans, switch between monthly and annual billing, add features as you grow, and monitor usage - all from the billing section.
Vadio offers three customer-facing plans: Start, Standard, and Premium. Each plan is priced per user per month and supports monthly or annual billing. Annual billing offers savings, and every plan includes an AI-summary token allowance and a feature list.

Yearly plans get their meeting minutes as one pool for the year: 5,400 on Start, 6,600 on Standard, and 12,000 on Premium. Storage, people per meeting, and the monthly AI summary tokens are the same as on the monthly plan.

AI summaries, regenerate, and rewrite spend the plan's AI summary tokens. The Free plan has no tokens, so these actions are not available on Free. When the monthly tokens are used up, they are unavailable until the next cycle. Chain members draw from the chain's shared pool instead.

Monthly and annual billing
Choose monthly or annual billing when you select a plan. Annual billing offers savings compared with monthly billing, and the pricing view shows your current plan together with the available upgrade and downgrade actions.
Plan changes
Changes to an existing paid plan take effect immediately. Free and trial users are sent through checkout when they upgrade to a paid plan.
A trial has its own allowances: 300 meeting minutes, 10 GB of storage, up to 20 people per meeting, and 250,000 AI summary tokens per month.
Companies that belong to an active chain do not receive individual billing emails. Plan activation, plan cancellation, yearly renewal reminders, and trial-expiry notifications are suppressed for both the chain parent and its member companies while the chain membership is active. Billing is managed at the chain level instead.
Add-ons
Add-ons extend your subscription with capabilities that are separate from the base plan.

Usage and storage quotas
Usage and quota meters show current consumption for your subscription. Member usage provides a per-member breakdown so administrators can identify how usage is distributed across the company.
