Orders & Services
View orders, track progress, message the company, and access invoices from the customer portal.
Customer order list
View all orders linked to your contact identity, see the current status and planned date, and open any order for details and messaging.
The order list includes:
| Information | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Order title or reference | Identifies the order. |
| Customer-facing status | Shows the order's current progress. |
| Planned date or next visit | Shows when work is planned. |
| Total | Shows the customer-visible order total. |
| Summary card | Provides a quick view of the order. |
| Empty state | Appears when no orders are linked to your contact identity. |
Customers only see orders linked to their contact identity.
If you try to open an order that does not belong to you, the portal shows a not-found result. The portal does not reveal that another customer's order exists.
Order detail
Open an order to view its progress, contents, messages, and total. The order detail uses three customer-facing tabs.
Status
View the progress stepper, an explanation of the current status, the planned-start banner, and the order total.
Details
Review what the order covers, quantities, customer-visible prices including VAT, and the total.
Messages
Read the message thread between you and the company, compose a message, and see new messages displayed immediately. If a message fails to send, retry it without rewriting the draft.
Customer-facing status labels
The portal uses fixed customer-facing labels instead of the company's internal stage names.
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Received | The company has received the order. |
| Planned | The company has planned the work or next visit. |
| In progress | The company is working on the order. |
| Done | The company has completed the order. |
| Cancelled | The order will not continue. The portal displays this as a separate terminal panel, not as a forward-progress step. |
Messaging the company
Messages belong to the order and remain available in the Messages tab. Company messages appear as messages from the company rather than from an individual employee. Customer messages are sent from the message composer in the same tab.
The portal displays a new customer message immediately while it sends. If sending fails, the message draft remains available for retry. Messages may also trigger notifications for the company.
If a message fails to send, return to the Messages tab and retry it from the preserved draft.
Invoice access
When an invoice is available and access is permitted, view its summary and status, check the amount, and download the invoice document.
The portal does not provide a general public invoice page. Invoice access is tied to the authenticated customer and the relevant order context.
