Manage profile details, change password, set language preference, and request account deletion from the customer portal.

Update your name, email, and phone number, change your password, choose your portal language, and request account deletion, all from your profile page.
Profile details
Your profile contains the contact information associated with your customer portal account.

Changing your password
Change your password from the Profile page after completing the initial password setup.
Open Profile
Go to Profile from the customer portal.
Enter your current password
Enter the password you currently use to sign in.
Enter and confirm your new password
Enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm it.
Save the change
Save your new password. Use the new password the next time you sign in.
Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and at most 72 characters long. There are no complexity rules: numbers, capital letters and symbols are allowed but not required.
Language preference
Norwegian is the default portal language. Select English when you prefer to use the portal in English.
Your saved language preference takes precedence after you sign in. Status labels and explanatory text use the selected language consistently.
Account deletion
Delete your account from the Profile page. You are asked to confirm before anything is deleted.
Deletion is permanent and happens right away. There is no waiting period and no way to restore the account.

You are signed out everywhere, and a confirmation email is sent to your address. The orders are no longer linked to a portal account.
