Learning Portal
Track your personal course enrollments and certificates, review learning progress across employees and courses, and view chain-wide learning analytics.
The Learning Portal combines three views: My Learning for your own enrollments, Team Learning for company-wide progress, and Chain Learning for parent-level analytics.
My Learning
My Learning shows your course enrollments, upcoming learning, enrollment dates, and current status.
Filter your enrollment history by All, Enrolled, Completed, Cancelled, or No show. Use pagination to move through your results and adjust the page size when available.
Upcoming enrolled courses appear as cards above the enrollment table. Select a course title to open its course details.

| Course title | The name of the course or webinar. Select the title to open the course details. |
| Type | Whether the enrollment is for a Course or Webinar. |
| Date | The scheduled course or webinar date. |
| Enrolled at | When you enrolled in the course. |
| Status | Your enrollment status: Enrolled, Completed, Cancelled, or No show. |
| Actions | Join an enrolled webinar or download a certificate for a completed course. |
Certificates are available only for completed enrollments after certificate generation finishes.
Team Learning
Team Learning helps team administrators review employee participation. Search employees by name or email, then use pagination to navigate through the results.

| Courses enrolled | The number of courses the employee has enrolled in. |
| Courses completed | The number of courses the employee has completed. |
| Last completed | The date of the employee's most recent course completion. |
Expand an employee row to view that employee's course enrollment history.
The summary panel shows per-course participation across the team:
- Total employees: Employees included in the participation summary.
- Enrolled: Employees enrolled in the course.
- Completed: Employees who completed the course.
- Not started: Employees who have not started the course.
Select Export CSV to download team enrollment data. The export includes the following columns:
- Employee name
- Course
- Status
- Enrolled date
- Completed date
Team Learning requires the team learning permission.
Chain Learning
Chain Learning gives parent-company users an aggregated view of course participation across member companies and courses.
The dashboard includes:
- A company participation table
- Course participation breakdowns
- Course-to-company drill-downs
- Course detail tables
- KPI summaries
Chain Learning analytics require the chain learning permission and are available only to parent-company users. They do not depend on the plan. Any chain with the Courses module switched on can use them.
