Practice Calls
Walk through Vadio meeting features in a guided practice room, testing audio, video, chat, notes, checklists, and recording without a real call.
Overview
Practice Call lets you test meeting features in a simulated room before joining a real call. Follow the guided walkthrough, invite a simulated customer, and try every in-call tool without creating a real meeting.
Practice calls are available to every signed-in user. They do not depend on the plan, an add-on or a module.
Practice calls do not send real invitations or text messages. The room, participants, and interactions are simulated.
Guided walkthrough
The walkthrough guides you through the meeting room from setup to leaving the call.
Invite
Copy the meeting link, add people, add a new customer, create a client, and send a simulated invite.
Set up the call
Turn on your microphone and camera, pin the customer's video, share geolocation, and request the customer's back camera.
Capture
Start, pause, and resume recording. Take a screenshot and share your screen.
The rest of the screen
Send reactions, raise your hand, switch the interface language, and configure devices and your background.

Send chat messages and write a private note during the call.
Checklist
Follow a checklist, mark items complete, and add a note to a checklist item.
Finish
Leave the call to complete the practice session.

Use the Add people flow to search by name, email, or phone. You can add a new customer, create a client, and send an invite for the simulated call.
