CRMLeads & Pipeline

Leads & Pipeline

Capture incoming leads, manage ownership and qualification, and visualize your sales pipeline across stages.

Incoming leads inbox

Receive and act on incoming leads, assign and qualify them, reject spam, and manage deals on a visual pipeline board.

The leads inbox separates Active and Rejected leads, with a count on each tab. Active leads include an open lead count, and chain-distributed leads can show response-clock information when applicable.

FilterWhat it does
SearchFinds leads by their available identifying information.
Pipeline filterShows leads associated with a selected pipeline.
Chain filterFilters chain-distributed leads for chain-enabled tenants.
Created-date filterLimits results to leads created within a selected date range.

Lead rows

Each lead row shows the lead's identity, source, ownership, and status. Available actions appear on the row based on your permissions and the lead's current state.

Lead detail

Open a lead to review its source, intake age, pipeline, owner, estimated value, and tags. The detail view also connects the lead to its related contact or company and includes qualification notes and activity history.

Pipeline board

Manage deals visually by moving them through configured stage columns. The board provides a shared view of deal progress, ownership, activity, and offer status.

Board layout

Each column represents a configured pipeline stage and shows its record count. Deal cards include the deal name, related contact or company, value, owner, current stage, offer status, and next activity.

Open a deal from its card to review or update its details. Create deals directly from the board when a new opportunity enters the pipeline.

Views and filters

Kanban view displays deal cards in stage columns. Drag a deal between stages to update its position, then use search or filters to narrow the board by owner, stage, source, company, dates, or tags.

Switch between saved views or apply bulk board actions to multiple selected deals.

Stage management

Use pipeline settings to control the stages and pipelines that appear on the board.

Create or rename stages

Add a stage for a step in your sales process, or rename an existing stage to match your terminology.

Reorder or color stages

Change the order of stages to match the path deals follow. Assign colors to make stages easier to distinguish on the board.

Delete unused stages

Delete stages that no longer belong in the pipeline.

Set the default pipeline

Choose the pipeline that opens by default for your team.

Create or delete pipelines

Create separate pipelines for different sales processes, or delete a pipeline that your team no longer uses.

Move a deal to another pipeline

Open the deal and move it to a different pipeline when the opportunity enters another sales process.

You cannot delete a stage that has open deals.

Chain pipelines

Chain pipelines are visibly identified on the board. Their stages are controlled by the parent organization, so members cannot change the stage configuration. Chain pipeline records are read-only when your organization does not control them.

Chain distribution is only for companies that belong to a chain: the chain head office and its active member companies. This covers lead pickup, the chain filter, the chain badge and response clock in the leads inbox, chain pipelines, and chain-shared records. A company that is not in a chain does not see any of these. Only the member company a lead was handed to can pick it up.

Pipeline reporting

Pipeline reporting provides funnel metrics and reporting views for evaluating deal volume and progression across stages. Use these views to identify where deals are accumulating and compare pipeline performance over time.
