Agreements & Suppliers
Manage supplier profiles and commercial agreements with discounts, tiers, and expiry tracking.
Suppliers
Manage partner and vendor profiles in the member portal with categories, onboarding steps, audience targeting, and ordering instructions. Members can browse suppliers, view their published agreements and contacts, and see which campaigns involve each supplier.
Supplier fields
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | Identifies the supplier in the member portal. |
| Slug | Provides the supplier's readable identifier for portal references. |
| Description | Explains what the supplier offers and why members may use the partnership. |
| Website | Links members to the supplier's website. |
| Product areas | Groups the supplier by the products or services it provides. |
| Categories | Places the supplier in one or more member-facing categories. |
| Tags | Adds searchable labels for filtering and organization. |
| Ordering channel or instructions | Tells members how to place an order or request the supplier's services. |
| Partnership start date | Records when the partnership began. |
| Onboarding steps | Lists actions members should complete before using the supplier. |
| Hidden or visible | Controls whether members can see the supplier in the portal. |
| Logo | Displays the supplier's branding. Logos can be up to 10 MB. |
| Audience | Limits visibility by region or selected member company IDs. |
Supplier operations
Create, update, and delete supplier profiles. Upload or replace a supplier logo, or import multiple suppliers with a CSV file up to 5 MB.
Control the supplier's publishing lifecycle by saving a draft, publishing immediately, scheduling publication, or archiving the profile. Publishing makes the supplier available to its selected audience when the profile is visible, but it does not automatically notify members.
Use audience targeting to show a supplier to selected regions or member companies. Use the visibility control to keep a supplier hidden while you prepare its profile or when members should no longer browse it.
Publishing a supplier does not automatically send a notification. Use the manual notify action when you want to alert members about a new or updated supplier.
Confirm the supplier's audience and visibility settings before publishing. These settings determine which member companies can discover the supplier.
Supplier detail view
The supplier detail view gives members one place to understand the partnership. It includes:
- The supplier profile.
- Published and visible agreements connected to the supplier.
- Supplier contacts.
- Campaigns involving the supplier.
- Agreement rollups, including the agreement count, best discount, and whether an active agreement exists.
Agreements
Create commercial arrangements between the parent company and suppliers, then surface the negotiated benefits to member companies. Agreements communicate discounts, volume tiers, ordering instructions, validity periods, contacts, and supporting documents.

Agreement operations
Create, update, and delete agreements as commercial terms change. Upload or remove the contract file and supporting documents. Agreement uploads support files up to 50 MB per request or file.
Publish an agreement for its selected audience, schedule it for a future date, or archive it when it is no longer available. Preview a notification before sending it, then use the manual notify action when you explicitly want to alert members. Publishing an agreement does not send a notification automatically.
Member usage
Members browse published agreements that are visible to them. They can filter agreements by supplier or category and sort them by discount or expiry date.
The member portal marks agreements expiring within 30 days as expires soon and shows them on the portal overview dashboard. Members can mark an agreement as in use or remove that status, then view the associated supplier, supplier contacts, and related campaigns.
The parent company can review an agreement usage overview grouped by member company. This shows which member companies are using each agreement and helps authors understand adoption across the audience.
