Articles & Branding

Author your chain's About page and manage a shared branding asset library for member companies.

The About Page

Author the chain's About page and manage the content, highlights, history, and offers that member companies see. Each parent company has one About page with rich content sections for telling the chain's story and guiding members to relevant resources.

Content Fields

Use these fields to build the About page:

FieldWhat it does
TitleSets the main title of the About page.
EyebrowAdds a label above the title.
IntroProvides short lead text below the title.
Rich HTML bodyContains the main formatted content.
Body headingSets the heading for the main body section.
CTA headingSets the heading for the call to action.
CTA bodyAdds supporting text for the call to action.
Cover image with positioningAdds the cover image and controls how it is positioned.
AttachmentsAdds downloadable files to the article. Each file can be up to 50 MB, with up to 20 attachments.

Highlights

Highlights are short feature cards displayed on the About page. Use them to surface important capabilities, commitments, milestones, or differentiators without adding them to the main body text.

Add up to 6 highlights to an About page.

History Timeline

History timeline items show key milestones in the chain's development. Use the timeline to give member companies a chronological view of major events, launches, or organizational changes.

Add up to 12 history items.

Offers

Offers let you promote relevant opportunities from the About page. An offer can target an agreement, campaign, contact, or supplier.

Add up to 6 offers.

Audience targeting and publishing

Use audience scope, regions, and company IDs to control which member companies can see the About page. These settings let you publish content broadly or target specific parts of your member network.

After reviewing the content, publish the About page and use the manual notify action to notify the selected audience.

Manual notifications

The Notify members button appears once the About page is published. The same button appears on a published branding asset.

  • Channel: In-app notification only. No email is sent for the About page or for branding assets.
  • Audience: The dialog opens with the page's own audience. You can change it for this one notification before sending.
  • Recipients: Every user in the active member companies that match the audience.
  • What recipients see: A notification in the app that shows the title of the page or asset.

Branding Asset Library

The branding library is a shared repository for logos, templates, design files, and other brand assets. Member companies can browse and download the assets that apply to their audience.

Asset fields

Use these fields to describe and organize each branding asset:

FieldWhat it does
Section or categoryPlaces the asset in a browsable section of the library.
TitleNames the asset.
DescriptionExplains what the asset contains or when to use it.
Use caseDescribes the intended business or design use.
VersionIdentifies the asset version.
Color swatchesRecords the named colors represented in the asset.
Legacy or current flagIndicates whether the asset is current or retained as a legacy version.
AudienceUses scope, regions, and company IDs to control visibility.
Primary fileStores the main asset file, up to 100 MB.

Supported file types

Upload common design, document, and image formats, including:

  • AI
  • EPS
  • PNG
  • JPG or JPEG
  • PDF
  • INDD
  • DOCX
  • Other non-image file types

Image assets generate a WebP preview for browsing. Non-image files use a generic icon or file-type fallback instead of an image preview.

Replacing the primary file updates the existing asset record and preserves the same record ID. Use replacement when you need to publish a new version without creating a separate asset record.
